Youth WOW (working on wellness) 10-21 yr old intensive weight managment program in Traverse City area. Contact Youth Health & Wellness Center at 231-933-9622.

PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) is a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, which was developed and tested by Stanford University. It is a 6 week program that will be available in Grayling. The workshop is not disease-specific and is designed to help participants build confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
